Will exchange mail on my phone use up all my bandwidth?

Exchange mail server or sometimes called push mail servers can use up a lot of bandwidth depending on what you are syncing. Generally only mail, contacts and calendars are synchronized to your device, however tasks notes and files can be synchronized as well. If you are using a lot of bandwidth on your account it may be worth checking that you are only synchronizing the things you need. You can also set your account to use WIFI when available. What this does is too connect to your mail account over WIFI when you are connected to a WIFI router. So in the office or at home you can synchronize your mail account across your internet connection to reduce the bandwidth used on your mobile phone account.
