Is the keywords and description META worth using?

Although fallen in importance it is still worth using the keyword and description META tags. If nothing else it will help to increase the frequency count of your chosen keywords and description. Gone are the days when you were able to load the META content with keywords, you are now limited to the amount you can use. Important not too abuse this tag as you may well be penalised.
