A bespoke web site is generally one that is created totally from scratch to your requirements. Not many web sites are indeed created from scratch these days, often they are born from a CMS (Content Management System) such as Joomla, Drupal or WordPress. When created on top of a CMS product you can still have bespoke parts of the site created to do particular functions. These bespoke functions are added to the site as modules, components or plug-ins.
